Stephanie S. Craft, CPSM, and Keri W. Hammond, CPSM, are founding partners of MARKETLINK, a marketing consulting firm specializing in the architecture, engineering and construction industry. Stephanie and Keri have been fortunate to speak at various SMPS chapters and regional conferences across the country, as well as other industry associations. They are also both involved actively in SMPS on local and regional levels. With Bachelors' Degrees in Marketing and 20+
years experience working in the A/E/C Industry, they are uniquely qualified to speak on the needs and challenges of marketing our industry.
With offices in California, Utah, Florida, Idaho and North Carolina, MARKETLINK works with clients in a variety of marketing capacities including: branding, business development, candidate searches, client relations, graphic design, marketing collateral development, marketing department organization and management, market research, proposals and presentations, public relations, strategic planning, training and website development.

Dr. Gail Feldman is a clinical psychologist, award-winning author and popular public speaker. She has appeared on radio and television programs across the United States, including Larry King Live. She has also spoken on creativity and resilience psychology in Puerto Rico, Greece, and most recently, Viet Nam. Dr. Feldman's thirty years of experience include teaching as a clinical assistant professor at the University of New Mexico Medical School, facilitating conflict resolution with families, children and adolescents, and providing psychotherapy for trauma survivors. Her current focus is resilience psychology, creative solutions, and life coaching. Her soon-to-be published fifth book is, Midlife Crash Course: Adventures on the Wisdom Journey.

John Freisinger is a highly-sought professional messaging expert who assists executives, entrepreneurs and ecclesiastics in creating more effective presentations. He is an internationally recognized expert in the effective use of PowerPoint as a tool for public speaking and has assisted dozens of companies in preparing their equity funding presentations. John is an award winning professional speaker and is currently finishing his PowerPoint handbook, "Why You Suck @ PowerPoint: And How to Suck Less."
Christine King, CPSM, is Director of Marketing for JE Dunn Construction and provides marketing and business development support for the firm's Western region. Christine is a Certified Professional Services Marketer and winner of the 1997 Leonardo Award, the highest award given by SMPS/Colorado. She is a two-time President of SMPSColorado serving in 2000-2001 and again in 2004-2005. Christine has also served SMPS National as a member of the 2008 Annual Conference Committee, the 2007 Marketing Communications Awards Committee, and the 2004-06 Striving for Excellence Committee. Christine currently serves on the Colorado Chapter's Seasoned Marketers Committee and the SMPS Southwest Regional Conference committee.

Founder of Murphy Motivation, Susan Murphy has a thorough understanding of presentation, sales, and networking techniques that produce results. She has presented to Fortune 500 companies and at SMPS Chapters nationally and throughout the country where her success is based on the effectiveness of her unique communication style, and on her ability to pass her knowledge on to others. Susan will teach you a lot, learn much from you, and make you laugh in the process.

Clare Ross is Chairman and founder of The Clare Ross Organization, a nationally recognized professional services marketing consulting firm. He has over 25 years of hands on business development and marketing experience in Engineering, Architecture, construction companies and Environmental firms. He is a leading innovator and former Principal in two ENR 500 A/E firms and one Construction Company. He has designed and implemented successful marketing strategies and programs for engineers, architects, and other professional services firms nationwide.
Mr. Ross is author of the best selling book, "Beyond Strategic Planning, Developing and Implementing Winning Strategies for Engineers, Architects and Construction Companies."

Barbara Shuck, FSMPS, CPSM, has more than 25 years of experience in marketing, business development and sales. Since 1994, she has worked in the AEC industry for general contractor and engineering, construction management and architectural firms, which provides keen insight about marketing and management issues for professional service companies. She is currently Vice President, Marketing Director at Emc2 Group Architects Planners, PC, in Mesa, and is Secretary/Treasurer on the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) National Board. She co-authored the 2009 SMPS Foundation White Paper "Social Networking for Competitive Advantage." She was SMPS Arizona Chapter President (2002-03) and received Arizona's Pinnacle Achievement Award (2004). She was Committee Chair for SMPS Build Business 2008 (Denver) and chaired the Marketing Communications Awards committee in 2005. She has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management (Glendale, AZ), and a BA in Communication Arts and French from Washburn University (Topeka, KS).
Ron Worth, CAE, FSMPS, CPSM, Assoc. AIA, is currently the chief executive officer of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, a 6,200-member professional society representing principals, business developers, and marketers from the leading architectural, engineering, construction, and real estate companies in the United States. He recently also managed the Professional Services Management Association along with SMPS for 9 years, representing CEOs and CFOs of leading architectural and engineering companies. In June of 2001, he was one of five candidates selected out of 4,000 as a peak performer by the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives.
Mr. Worth has been involved with construction and design for more than 25 years. He was the vice president of marketing for the CECO Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of HEICO Industries, a Fortune 500 international construction services company located in Chicago, IL.

Dena Wyatt, partner and founder of Marketing Evolutions LLP, helps companies develop and refine their marketing and business development efforts that results in an increase in market share and profits. Dena helps individuals create a stronger personal presence and brand message through improved communications with clients that build trust and yields long-term, mutually-beneficial relationships. She has experience with small family owned firms to large national and international companies and has worked in the A/E/C industry since 1994. Dena is a former Dale Carnegie instructor and trainer, past President of SMPS Colorado and a recipient of the Colorado Leonardo Award for lifetime achievement in marketing excellence.
